Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Adment & Dragon Tourism & Cultural Development Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation & refund policy.
Payment and Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings (from 1 to 3 rooms)
100% advance payment has to be sent 30 days prior the arrival of the guests to avoid cancellation.
Booking will be reconfirmed after receiving the full payment.
Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings
• No refund if cancellation is notified within 7 days prior to the check-in date for individual bookings.
• 50% refund, of the net payable rate, if cancelled between 8 and 30 days prior to the check-in date.
• 100% refund if cancelled 31 days prior to the check-in date.
• No-Shows will be subject to 100% Retention.
Payment and cancellation Policy for Group Bookings (4 rooms and above)
For group bookings advance payment has to be sent prior the arrival of the guests:
- 10% at reception of the pro forma
- 50% at 90 days
- 100% at 60 days
Cancellation policy for group bookings:
• No refund if cancellation is notified within 30 days prior to the check-in date for group.
• 50% refund if cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to the check-in date for group based on the net payable of the pro forma.
• 90% refund if cancelled 61 days prior to the check-in date for group based on the net payable of the pro forma. 10% retention will be effective based on the net payable of the pro forma.
• No-Shows will be subject to 100% Retention based on the net payable of the pro forma.

For cancellations made by participants:
Cancellations must be made by the participant via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation process will only be initiated by the operator on receipt of an email from the participant on email@example.com.
No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, individual components or services not utilized.
You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking which will cover cancellation penalties in certain circumstances (Note: such insurance will not cover a change of mind).
For cancellations made by the operator:
The operator reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events which make it unviable for the operator to operate the planned schedule. Our policy on cancellations due to ‘Force Majeure’ means (without restriction) any event which the Operator could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Force Majeure covers events such as, but not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events beyond our control. In the case of Force Majeure the Operator will not accept liability, and reserves the right to change and cancel trips. The company is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or loss of enjoyment, etc. In select cases the company might refund part payment in-case partnering hotels/agents/transport providers comply, this is solely on a discretion basis by the company and it’s partners. In simple words, since we pre-pay for all your services which are not restricted to hotel bookings, transport fees, trip leader schedule and a lot more, we would not receive any refunds for services due to any ‘FORCE MAJEURE’ situations. Hence we recommend all travelers insure themselves adequately.
All credit requests for VISA, MasterCard, American Express and
Discovery payments are processed within 30 calendar days of the
submission of the refund request (by e-mail, as mentioned above). The
funds will be credited back to the Customer's credit/debit card and
affect the Customer's credit/debit card balance in accordance with the
credit/debit card issuer's terms of service.
